Individual session - $140 / 1 hour +GST

Couples' session - $170 / 1 hour +GST

Keli Brown, Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC)/Counselling Therapist (RCT)/Psychotherapist at KB Counselling Services accepts payments including Visa, MasterCard, debit card and e-transfers. Clients who have personal health insurance and extended coverage may have all or a portion of their services covered, and I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Please be sure to review the details of your insurance coverage to know whether your plan includes coverage for counselling services and if you require a physician's referral or pre-approval first.

Payment is due at the time of service. A receipt is provided upon payment. Many insurance companies and employee benefit plans cover services. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about your coverage.
Some insurance plans vary on the type of clinician they cover, and the service cost they cover. KB Counselling Services is not responsible for the cost of sessions that are later not found to be covered by an insurance plan. The client will be responsible for covering the possible cost difference between insurance coverage and service cost.

Cancellation and Late Policies:
I require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Clients are responsible for the full cost of sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled time. Clients are responsible for full payment for forgotten appointments. If you arrive late, you will receive the remaining time left in your appointment. It is important to adhere to the cancellation policy as missing your session results in a session slot time that another client could have used as there is typically a waitlist for any cancellation spots that may open daily and there must be enough time to contact the client to arrange to book in!
